Role:

• Research specific federal, state, and local laws
• Handle negotiations and communications on behalf of clients
• Represent clients’ cases in civil court if necessary
• Take and defend depositions

About You:

• 3+ years of Insurance Defense Practice
• Bar Admission in the state on NY
• JD
• A passion for the work, friendly personality, and drive to excel
