Role:

• Analyze and investigate litigation matters;
• Develop arguments (including researching applicable caselaw)
• Assist in all phases of litigation including arguing and defending motions, taking and defending depositions, and participation at trial
• Prepare and review motions, briefs, and discovery
• Report to partners and clients regarding case status.

About You:

• 2+ years of Asbestos Litigation
• Bar Admission in the state of NY
• JD
• A passion for the work, friendly personality, and drive to excel
