365 Retail Markets is seeking a dynamic leader passionate about Continuous Improvement (CI) practices to drive excellence within our Operations team in Troy, MI. As the Director of Operations for the Troy, MI site you will lead a group of 20 people responsible for all assembly, logistics, hardware, and facility operations. The team produces six main products between 2 facilities in Troy with over 22,000 square feet of production and warehouse space. Corporate-level responsibilities also include implementing best practices across all assembly sites in the 365 Retail Markets family (including San Antonio, TX and Mesa, AZ locations).The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual who is comfortable working directly with the Production, Logistics, and Hardware teams to collaborate on solutions. This role will also work cross-functionally with 365 leadership on various projects including new product launches and M&A activity as necessary.

Responsibilities
- Lead assembly, logistics, hardware, and facilities operations at the Troy location to ensure all products are delivered to customers on time, on quality, and to expected cost
- Responsible for $30MM of annual inventory, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing
- Develop and implement KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost for all 365 facilities with support from VP of Operations
- Lead projects to improve operational efficiency across assembly lines and facilities to hit KPI targets for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
- Work across functional teams to improve production processes, customer satisfaction, and overall company efficiency
- Provide hands-on support when needed to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets on the assembly lines
- Establish standard operating processes, including quality control, to improve efficiency and drive consistency across the business
- Coordinate and manage the maintenance of the facility and grounds. Identify and implement energy and cost saving systems
- Identify, hire, and develop the talent necessary to grow the business and provide continuity to the operation in Troy, supporting same for all 365 business units
- Work with business leadership on new product launches, M&A activity, and other ad hoc projects as needed
- Lead and support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in leading production operations or other related experience
- Experience leading organizations of 15+ individuals across multiple functions
- Experience managing light assembly lines with a proven track record of continuous improvements and experience scaling assembly facilities
- Strong track record of delivering results that improve top and bottom-line performance
- Must be a good leader, listener, communicator, and motivator with experience in conflict resolution
- Experience with ERP systems and an understanding of Lean production systems, with a track record of implementing operational improvements
- Able to influence and gain buy-in from executive sponsors, stakeholders, and peers
- Experience with End-to-End Distribution and Logistics processes and supporting technologies
- Experience with B2B, software, and point-of-sale products preferred
