You'll be supporting a variety of technology companies supporting their GTM strategy while being managed and coached by Victory Lap's expert trainers and managers.

• You’re a self-starter - you don’t wait for the right opportunity to fall in your lap, you seek it and work towards it
• Low ego - we get it confidence is important in sales but we believe the best salespeople are the ones who leave their egos at the door
• Grit - you have goals, however, achieving those goals isn’t always going to be easy but you push through to get one step closer to the finish line
• Coachable - you seek feedback, are open to feedback and you implement it immediately
• Resiliency - sh*t happens it’s how you bounce back and push forward that matters
• SDR or BDR experience preferred but not required
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
