The Spare Parts Sales Representative will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers while also identifying and building relationships with new potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Maintain and expand customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Provide expert advice, including product specifications and compatibility.
- Track sales metrics and collaborate with product units and service teams to improve products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical solutions.
- Conduct market research and attend trade shows to promote products.
- Prepare and present sales reports and resolve customer inquiries.
- Create compelling content and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Showcase products at trade shows and local events.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in spare parts or a related industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with strong Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
