Job Title: Project Manager – Manufacturing
Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid – Onsite 2–3 days per week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in manufacturing to lead and oversee critical projects aimed at optimizing operations, enhancing productivity, and driving strategic outcomes. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale projects, global teams, and using structured project management methodologies, with a strong preference for experience in preventative or predictive maintenance projects and familiarity with IBM Maximo .
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and oversee three key projects :
- Scrap reduction initiatives to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
- Preventative and predictive maintenance projects using IBM Maximo .
- Training programs for assembly line workers to enhance skills and operational effectiveness.
- Strategic Oversight: Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets across multiple manufacturing units.
- Team Management: Coordinate with global teams, project managers, and application leads to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Process Improvement: Leverage structured project management methodologies and Agile SDLC to optimize workflows and deliver innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Project Management Accreditation (APMP, PMI, Prince 2, or equivalent).
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in a large, multi-unit organization.
- At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects, leading global teams, and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven track record in preventative or predictive maintenance projects , with hands-on experience in IBM Maximo highly preferred.
- Strong background in manufacturing environments , with a deep understanding of production processes and operational challenges.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
