Our client an international SaaS provider of PLM in the Microsoft Dynamics environment is expanding their US presence looking for a Sales Manager and Account Executive to join the existing team in Minneapolis.
Their current sales leader is retiring. You will build on her previous success and pipeline closing net new logos in the upper Mid-Market segment.
Do you have experience selling PLM to engineers?Experience selling ERP to discrete manufacturers. Have a desire to grow your career with an international company with a career path to VP?

Ideal Profile
- 5-10+ Years SaaS experience
- Hunter profile securing net new logos
- Track record of quota attainment
- Sold PLM or ERP to discreet manufacturing
- Sold Microsoft Dynamics (Ideal) upper mid-market segment
- Close proximity to Minneapolis
- Tenure in Positions – no short stays
- Articulate the PLM value proposition to “engineers” geek minded – product oriented
- Sales methodology: MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Force Management Command the Message
- Degreed in engineering – mechanical engineering preferred
- Still climbing in your career – Sales Manager looking to be CRO down the road
- Hungry

They have 100+ Customers, 60% in the US, delivery team in MN
