Our client, a global Digital Product Design and Engineering Services company, is looking for 2 founding Business Development professionals at this time.
The founders have grown the business to $25M in 5 years on their own. Now, they are looking for additional Business Developers to position their strategy, design and software engineering services.
Who will succeed in this role?
- Hunters who do new business development
- 5-10 Years selling professional services – software engineering projects
- Sold strategy, design and software engineering services – not just staff augmentation
- 3+ Years recent quota attainment
- Tenure in positions: min 2-3 years in each role with at least one 3+ year stay
- Comfortable calling at the C level, VP Engineering, Executives in Product Design
- Computer Literate with the latest tech stack/tools: MAC, Google Suite (Gdocs, sheets, Gslides) Slack, Hubspot, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, Crunchbase, Lemlist, Apollo, Syft, ZeroBounce or similar
- Ability to hit the ground running from Day 1, no hand holding, self-directed, self-motivated
- Ability to develop a territory plan and execute that plan
- A rolodex of contacts in product development, product design, engineering, software development - highly beneficial
- Bachelor degree, MBA a plus
- Remote
