Position Overview: We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our growing team. As a Sales Advisor at Lease End, you’ll be a vital part of our mission to provide an exceptional experience for drivers navigating the end of their lease. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and guide them through the process of purchasing their vehicle and adding value to the process. 100% uncapped commission.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and existing customers to identify their needs at the end of their auto lease.
  • Provide clear, transparent information about Lease End’s services and solutions.
  • Assist customers in navigating their lease-end options, ensuring they feel informed and confident about their decisions.
  • Maintain and build relationships with drivers through consistent follow-up and personalized service.
  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect our core values of Driver Driven , Get Stuff Done , Run Lean , and Up & Up .
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • All leads are provided.
