Part-Time Sales Support Specialist
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Support Specialist to join our team and help us expand our custom home and ADU business in Orange County. This fully remote position is ideal for someone located in the LA/Orange County area who has excellent communication skills and thrives in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities - Research and Manage Leads : Identify and track potential sales opportunities to support our growth goals.
- Coordinate Schedules : Manage and schedule site visits in collaboration with clients and our sales team.
- Call and Follow Up on Leads : Engage with prospective clients to ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records of progress.
- Support Sales Initiatives : Contribute to strategies and tasks set by the Sales Director to achieve business objectives.
- Leverage Local Expertise : Provide valuable insights on growing our presence in the Orange County area.
Qualifications - Customer-Focused : Friendly, customer-service-oriented demeanor with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional phone and email communication skills that inspire trust and professionalism.
- Tech Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with managing digital tools for sales processes.
- Flexible Availability : Ability to commit 10–20 hours per week while maintaining efficiency and focus.
- Local Knowledge : Understanding of the LA/Orange County market is a plus.
