• If a Nurse, currently licensed as a registered professional nurse or licensed professional in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required.
• Certification in Infection Prevention required.
• Bachelor’s degree in health related field required; Master's Degree in Health related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in a clinical setting required; 5+ years’ experience in infection prevention required; 2+ years of leadership experience required.
• Infection Prevention Experience is required and non-negotiable.

Additional Information:

• This is a system position that is over the IP for 2 facilities.
• FTEs include Infection Prevention Practitioners and Data Analyst.
