Salesforce Program Director
Our North East based client is seeking a Salesforce Program Director to lead the implementation and management of its Salesforce platform. This role ensures alignment with business goals, manages risks, and drives cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Align Salesforce with business objectives and industry standards.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for Salesforce projects.
- Facilitate communication and integration across teams.
- Optimize and govern the platform to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Lead and grow the Salesforce team, ensuring professional development.
- Identify and address risks, ensuring project and platform success.
- Drive user adoption, training, and change management initiatives.
- Track KPIs and report on Salesforce’s impact on operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and CRM best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce administration, integrations, and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 7–10 years in CRM management, Salesforce implementation, or related roles; financial services experience preferred.
- Salesforce certifications required (e.g., Administrator, App Builder); PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
- Experience with large-scale CRM adoption, regulatory compliance, and data security.
