Our client has an immediate need for a UI/UX Pega Designer, who will be responsible for working with project teams to design and deliver high-quality client-centered, effective, consistent, and usable interfaces

Requirements:

• Pega Constellation must have
• 3 – 5 years related experience
• Strong experience with Pega UI design, particularly constellation
• Proficiency in Angular and front-end design principles
• Expertise in creating UI libraries and design systems
• Experience in data organization and visualization for enterprise applications
• Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and iterative design
• User centric design experience is a plus
• Deep knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility standards is a plus

Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Strategy Development
• Define a scalable UI/UX library and design framework.
• Establish design standards for both internal Pega UIs and external client-facing UIs
• Pega expertise
• Collaborate with business teams to structure internal Pega screens effectively
• Angular Integration
• Design the external presentation layer in Angular while ensuring seamless integration with Pega
• Collaboration with Agile Teams
• Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver cohesive experiences
• Provide training or design guidance to align teams with the established framework
• Data Organization & User-Centric Design
• Simplify complex workflows and data presentations for an optimal user experience
• Conduct user research to inform both internal and external design decisions
