Production Supervisor (60-80K)

Due to growth, we have an opening available for a Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift to work at an established company near the Mexico, NY area.

2nd shift Hours are: 3:30PM – 12:00AM.

Your Role :

• Supervise teams of 20 machine operators and fork truck drivers to ensure safety, productivity, and quality goals are met
• Organize and schedule production activities
• Responsible for attendance, vacation, discipline, training, employee relations and contract administration
• Lead and develop teams to achieve quality, performance, and output goals

Education and Experience :

• AAS or HS Diploma and multiple years of supervisory experience
• Possess good organization and documentation skills
