Project Manager (100-125K)

Due to growth and expansion, we have an exciting Direct Hire opportunity for a Project Manager to join a dynamic and innovative manufacturing team in Central NY.

Overview :

Duties :

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Manage a wide range of projects valued between 50K and 500K.
• Develop and manage project schedules using tools like MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Drive problem-solving and innovation throughout the project lifecycle.

Education and Experience :

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with phase-gate project management. GD&T and plastics experience a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
