Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, Responsible for engaging in and facilitating ITIL strategy discussions to enhance employee experiences through IT Service Management practices and tools. Develop frameworks aligned with Business Technology Standards, promote ITSM best practices, provide feedback on processes, and ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Facilitate ITIL strategy discussions focusing on enhancing employee experiences through IT Service Management practices
• Establish and manage dependencies with partners, positioning the team as contributors to ITSM practice strategy
• Collaborate with process owners to develop frameworks compliant with Business Technology Standards
• Ensure alignment of ITSM processes across the organization following ITIL best practices
• Drive awareness and adoption of ITSM practices and tools through training and effective communication channels
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of processes, tools, and partners
• Update practice documentation as necessary
• Support team empowerment and accountability through modeling, coaching, and caring principles
• Champion customer advocacy and promote positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of ITSM practice experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and team collaboration abilities
• Solid background in cloud and ITSM software for enterprise
• Excellent communication skills to influence business and technical decision-makers
• Ability to build trust and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Self-driven with a sense of urgency, initiative, and resourcefulness
• ITIL v3 fundamentals certification or higher
