The administrator will be primarily responsible for configuration of the CMDB and Discovery lines of the

ServiceNow platform. The administrator will participate in requirement gathering for designing,

configuring, and maintaining Discovery as well as resolve discovery errors, work with related SMEs,

maintain Discovery schedules and MID servers. The administrator will lead the design and maintenance of

the configuration management plan, CMDB structure, perform internal audits, and support ITS teams with

the maintenance of configuration items. The administrator will proactively share issues, risks, and

opportunities to build competitive edge and efficiencies across the platform in their respective area.
