Technical Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, leading Agile teams in a retail, eCommerce, or related digital environment.
• Strong familiarity with Adobe. Experience in personalization strategies using these tools is a must.
• Deep knowledge of Jira for managing user stories, sprints, workflows, and reporting. Experience configuring Jira to support Agile teams.
• Background in retail or eCommerce, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in a retail agile transformation.
• Proven ability to facilitate team discussions, resolve conflicts, and manage stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive Agile transformation across multiple teams or departments.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications preferred.

Must Have:

• 7-10 years exp
• Certifications
• Raise the flag, keep teams accountable, call the risks out. Recognizing impacts and other team dependency management.
• Self sufficient, can ask the right questions.
• Take the reigns and drive not just sit in the background
• Must have JIRA
• Experience working on projects related to Adobe Marketing tools
