Role SolidWorks Drafter

Location Lewisville TX

6 months Contract.

Need candidates to be local to DFW area only.

• The position is for an experienced engineer, 3+ years.
• Can hit the ground running with SolidWorks, to develop usable drawings for a variety of parts we purchase.
• Usable drawings are to better document parts from current suppliers and assess other suppliers for equivalence or dual sourcing.
• Position will include working with engineering, production, procurement, and suppliers.
• Data analysis and part structuring experience would be a plus.
• Candidate would need to be a strong designer or very strong drafter.

We are looking for solid trouble shooting skill and part definition regarding specifications and standards for purchased parts (more engineering related tasks).
