Required Skills & Experience


- At least 3-5 years of experience as an IT specialist primarily supporting both Windows and Mac environments -At least 3-5 years of experience working with/using Active Directory - Experience using Jamf - At least 3-5 years of experience working with/using Intune - At least 3+ years of experience using remote access tools, preferably Team Viewer - Experience preferably with Zendesk ticketing system - Experience with Windows Local Administrator Password Solutions (Windows LAPS)


Job Description


- This effort will be supporting 5,000+ employees on site 5 days a week - 80% of your day will be remote support and 20% will be on site/in person support - Remediating Windows computers that have been disabled via AD; You will be removing admin permissions from all Windows desktops. - Windows updates - Disabling Macs, contacting employees to gather equipment - You will be working the Zendesk que troubleshooting/ managing the tasks at hand


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
