About the Role:

The Judge Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Total Rewards intern to join our Human Resources team. This 10-week internship will offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compensation and benefits, contributing to the development and implementation of our total rewards programs. You will work on projects under the guidance of an assigned mentor and supervisor. Clear expectations and goals will be set to ensure a successful internship experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the research and development of total rewards program benefits.
  • Analyze data from compensation surveys and benefits programs
  • Assist with conducting market research and analysis
  • Complete any and all additional tasks/duties assigned by the department leader.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year college/university. Junior or Senior majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
