An established bank with a strong south-eastern presence is hiring a Director of GRC. This role is responsible for the critical business initiative of building out the GRC function within the bank as they approach 100bn in assets. Ideal candidates will have proven ownership of a GRC program in an LFI, including direct management and programmatic leadership.

This position is hybrid, requiring 4 days of onsite availability to the Charlotte, NC location. No sponsorship opportunities are available at this time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GRC function regarding technology and personnel
• Establish risk strategy and data management operations
• Implement GRC tooling and drive the development of a growing risk culture
• Put processes in place including upgrading existing systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience working in LFI environments (over 100bn in assets)
• Technical experience within ServiceNow and/or Archer
• Previous or current leadership and direct management experience
• Previous or current program and stakeholder management experience
