An long-standing regional bank is hiring a Director of Risk & Control Self-Assessment. This role is responsible for developing a RCSA framework for a large financial institution. Ideal candidates will have previous experience leading a program through regulatory requirements while becoming a an LFI.
This position is hybrid, requiring 4 days of onsite availability to the Charlotte, NC location. No sponsorship opportunities are available at this time.
Responsibilities
- Deliver optimizations to the RCSA program across risk assessment, integrity, and reporting.
- Identify and utilize technology to test controls
- Build and shape RCSA frameworks and ongoing oversight
- Nurture relationships with stakeholders, audit, and risk teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience working in LFI environments (over 100bn in assets)
- Previous or current leadership and direct management experience
- Previous or current program and stakeholder management experience
