An long-standing regional bank is hiring a Director of Risk & Control Self-Assessment. This role is responsible for developing a RCSA framework for a large financial institution. Ideal candidates will have previous experience leading a program through regulatory requirements while becoming a an LFI.

This position is hybrid, requiring 4 days of onsite availability to the Charlotte, NC location. No sponsorship opportunities are available at this time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver optimizations to the RCSA program across risk assessment, integrity, and reporting.
• Identify and utilize technology to test controls
• Build and shape RCSA frameworks and ongoing oversight
• Nurture relationships with stakeholders, audit, and risk teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience working in LFI environments (over 100bn in assets)
• Previous or current leadership and direct management experience
• Previous or current program and stakeholder management experience
