Job Title: Associate Recruiter

Location: Somerset, NJ (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and job fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage job postings and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client needs and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records in the ATS.
