Hemma Concrete is looking to add Construction Surveyors to our team. We have been performing concrete construction in the Southeast for over 20 years, and we take pride in our dedicated employees that are determined to handle all of our customers’ demands. Our services include preconstruction, project management and quality/safety assurance for structural concrete, hardscapes and landscapes.

The ideal candidate for Construction Surveyor would have the following qualities:

• 2-3 years of experience in Commercial Construction Surveying.
• In-depth knowledge of Carlson Survey Products, Bluebeam & Procore
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to conduct site visits
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment
• Creative and results-oriented approach with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.

·        Continually expanding knowledge and use of industry best practices and innovation.

• Solve problems, as they arise, by using available knowledge and resources.
• Communicate and uphold the Company’s commitment to Integrity and the Code of Ethics, as well as ensuring the same for the entire team.

·        Primarily works on construction sites, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions and physical hazards.

·        Travel between multiple construction sites across states is required regularly.

·        This position may involve occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate project schedules or emergency situations.
