Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Specialist with a strong background in Revit and a degree in Engineering or Architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) within the facilities and buildings sector. Experience in rail transit projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain Revit models for complex facilities and building projects.
• Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure accurate implementation of BIM processes.
• Provide support for BIM project execution, including 3D coordination, clash detection, and model validation.
• Ensure BIM standards and best practices are applied consistently across projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical models.
• Assist in developing BIM execution plans and workflows to streamline project deliverables.
• Conduct quality control checks on models to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support the team in managing project timelines, resolving modeling issues, and providing technical guidance on BIM processes.
• Keep up-to-date with BIM technologies, industry standards, and software developments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Revit in a professional setting.
• Extensive experience in the design and modeling of facilities and buildings.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards, and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on rail transit or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, or other BIM-related software tools.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards, including ISO 19650 and PAS 1192.
