Job Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk will support the R&D department by accurately entering and managing data related to research projects, experiments, and product development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data from various sources into the company's database systems.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports, documents, and files.
- Collaborate with R&D team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and organize electronic and paper files.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the department.
Qualifications:.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database systems.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with R&D processes and terminology is an advantage but not required.
