Job Description: HSE Manager – Industrial Gas Industry

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives within the industrial gas sector. The role involves ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, developing and implementing HSE policies and programs, conducting risk assessments, and driving a culture of safety across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and enforce HSE compliance in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations.

Develop and implement HSE management systems and procedures.

Conduct site audits, safety inspections, and incident investigations.

Provide training and guidance to staff and contractors on HSE best practices.

Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of safety goals with operational objectives.

Qualifications:

5-8 years of HSE experience, preferably in the industrial gas or related industry.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.

Proven ability to lead teams and drive safety performance improvements.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
