Stable Denver based manufacturing client that has been in business for over 70 years is seeking a Customer Service Manager due to growth and department restructuring. This role will be responsible for managing a team of 4 individuals, managing high level accounts and training and development.
Onsite
Up to 105k plus bonus 10-20% bonus
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train and manage team
- Organizes and oversees workflow of the department
- First line communication with assigned Accounts; handles all customer requests, order entry process, expediting, and returns
- Prepares monthly reports summarizing the assigned customer service team’s performance and establish performance metrics for customer service representatives
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' experience in customer service or inside sales or combination
- Management or supervisor experience highly preferred
- Manufacturing or food service industry experience preferred
