Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its finance group, which is a structured finance subgroup. This position is open to our Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, San Francisco and Washington, DC offices.
Education
Bar Admission
- Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of structured finance, securitization and/or asset-based lending experience.
- Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
