Role: Supply Chain Optimization Coordinator

Location: Loveland, CO

Duration: 6-month contract (with possibility to extend)

Pay Rate: Up to $21/hr W2 (Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, LTD Insurance)

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Optimization Coordinator to join a forward-thinking team driving digital transformation within the Corn Belt region. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on a digital supply chain initiative, improving transparency and operational efficiency across Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, and Illinois.
  • Enhance asset utilization in retail operations by identifying and addressing gaps in data visibility.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders across multiple divisions to optimize performance through data-driven insights.
  • Present findings to retail teams, address user concerns, and track key project metrics, including ROI, data defects, and training needs.
  • Focus on improving data quality across systems, with an emphasis on rolling stock assets, aligning records across platforms, and sharing results with cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to various personalities and roles.
  • Analytical prowess to interpret data and deliver actionable insights in a compelling way.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Customer service experience or a sales-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with systems like John Deere Operations Center is a plus, but we value a willingness to learn above all.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business administration, information systems, or a related field.
  • No specific experience requirement—adaptability, flexibility, and strong communication skills are the priorities.
