Midsize Law Firm seeking an experienced Associate Attorney (Litigation & Arbitration) to join their Houston team!

Details:

• Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 base salary (flexible, DOE)
• Annual billable-based bonus
• Commission for any new business brought in
• Mostly onsite schedule, can take remote days here and there

• Practice Area Focus: Commercial Litigation, Securities & Financial Services Litigation, Employment Law, Trade Secret Litigation, Products Liability Defense, and Energy Litigation

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in the State of Texas
• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience required in any of the above practice areas
• Strong Litigation experience: experience handling cases from start to finish (from intake to trial)
• Very strong writing skills (motion practices, briefs, summary judgments, etc.)
