Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage electrical systems, power distribution, and critical power projects.
• Coordinate field efforts and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead and mentor diverse teams to achieve project goals.
• Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, Accubid, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office & Excel.
• Travel up to 50% as required for project needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 7+ years in construction specific to Electrical Systems, Power Distribution, and/or Critical Power industries with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
• Advanced Education: 5+ years of related construction experience with a Master's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Expertise: Proven knowledge in construction management functions, self-perform contracting, and field coordination.
• Sector Experience: Minimum 5+ years in complex markets, including Federal, Government, Commercial, and Mission Critical sectors.
• Leadership: Extensive experience leading projects with budgets between $2M - $30M+.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Bluebeam, Accubid, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office & Excel.
• Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
