CV Resources has partnered with a growing and stable company in Lake Forest whose looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join their team!

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

• Maintains HRIS system, assigning onboarding tasks for new hires
• Responsible for the management of the LOA process
• Prepare miscellaneous payroll-related correspondence, memos, spreadsheets, reports as needed
• Process bi-weekly payroll through ADP Workforce Now
• Provide day to day support to HR Department.

HR Generalist Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in HR role
• ADP Workforce Now experience
• Good organizational skills
