Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Lancaster, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for School Year 24-25 in Lancaster, CA, to help students overcome communication challenges and thrive in their educational environment.
The School Speech-Language Pathologist will provide speech and language services to students with identified communication needs. This includes conducting evaluations, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and delivering therapy that aligns with educational goals
.
Some of the Responsibilities:
- Assess students to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
- Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience working with the pediatric population and or a school setting.
- Experience with a variety of speech techniques.
- Master’s Degree in Speech & Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Valid California Board of Speech Pathology and Audiology Speech Language Pathology License or Conditional License or ability to obtain one.
- Valid California Department of Education Pupil Services License or ability to obtain one.
