In this role, you'll be instrumental in coordinating and explaining employee benefits, fostering effective communication, and supporting various HR functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with 2 to 5 years of HR experience to grow their career with a supportive and professional home healthcare agency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Benefits Coordination: Clearly explain and manage employee benefits, ensuring all staff understand their options.
• Employee Communication: Serve as the go-to person for HR-related inquiries, fostering open and effective communication.
• Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment efforts, including resume screening and interview scheduling.
• Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Axis Care is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining a positive workplace environment.
