Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full Desk Recruiter with Business Development experience to join our talented team of recruiting professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by finding new clients, securing new job orders, and effectively sourcing, recruiting, and placing the best-matched talent for those job orders.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to establish new business relationships.
  • Generate new job orders by understanding client needs and effectively presenting our staffing solutions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates through various sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate submission, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets for revenue generation and placements.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Full Desk Recruiter with a focus on business development in the staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Technology/Engineering, Accounting and Finance, Manufacturing, Banking/Insurance, Legal, Administrative/Office/Clerical, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM software (experience with Bullhorn is a plus).
