Job Summary

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will provide school-based evaluations and therapy services in alignment with IEP directives. Your work will focus on helping students achieve success by addressing their speech and language needs in collaboration with educators and families. This position offers in-person opportunities throughout Oregon.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide school-based evaluations and therapy services as outlined in IEPs
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs
Conduct comprehensive assessments for initial eligibility and re-evaluations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students' progress and learning goals
Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights to shape effective educational strategies
Stay informed on industry best practices in speech therapy and pediatric education
Qualifications
Oregon Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
Experience conducting assessments and providing therapy in a school setting
Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of an IEP team
Strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills
