Job Summary

We are seeking full-time Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) for in-person positions in Colorado. You will play a critical role in assessing, planning, and implementing personalized therapy plans for students, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.

Duties and Responsibilities

As an SLP, your primary responsibilities include:

Providing school-based evaluations and delivering IEP-directed therapy services.
Conducting comprehensive evaluations for initial eligibility or re-evaluations.
Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and attending IEP meetings.
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with school and state requirements.
Utilizing early intervention strategies for pediatric patients.
Collaborating with school staff to address students’ speech and language needs.
Adapting therapy techniques to meet the unique developmental needs of each student.
Staying informed on best practices and advancements in pediatric speech therapy.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

A valid Colorado State Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
Proven experience working in a school setting.
Strong collaboration skills as an active member of IEP teams.
Experience conducting comprehensive assessments.
Work Environment
