Job Summary

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Platinum Therapy, you will provide in-person/hybrid school-based services across Virginia. This role involves conducting evaluations, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating closely with educational teams to ensure each student’s success. Duties and Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), your responsibilities include:

Conducting school-based evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
Implementing therapy plans in alignment with individualized education programs (IEPs)
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
Maintaining accurate records and adhering to professional standards and state regulations
Qualifications and Skills

To excel as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will need:

Virginia State Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License (required)
Experience working in a school setting (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, educators, and families
Good organizational skills for managing multiple caseloads and ensuring timely documentation
