Directs the nursing care of the campus (Nursing, Personal Care and Independent living). Responds to resident emergency response system calls for Independent Living and Personal Care. Clinical Coordinators working evening and night shifts provide leadership and supervisory oversight to the entire campus of PRC.

Conducts rounds at least twice per individual shift, distributes and receives reports from Elder Care Coordinators, Healthcare Coordinators, and staff and charge nurses.
Assures licensed portion of communities are compliant with federal, state, and local standards and regulations and reports findings to appropriate discipline, if non-compliance is noted.
Performs any and all professional nurse duties, including the oversight of staff/charge nurses, nurse aides, and resident coordinators.
Follows nursing policies to assure quality of care, safety, infection control guidelines are maintained. Knows and coordinates the disaster plan to secure the safety of residents, staff and visitors.
Reviews and revises the census, makes necessary census updates in the computer.
Monitors use of supplies and equipment.
Responsible for attaining/maintaining CPR certification.
Provides input with budgeting and works within budgetary guidelines.
Participates in CQI monitoring program, as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and possesses a current RN license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Two years long term care experience.
Current RN license.
CPR/First Aid Certification.
Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
