*Position* - Registered Nurse (RN- L&D)- Labor & Delivery

*Location* - Bronx, NY

*Shift*- Days & Nights both available

*Expected Hours* - 34.5 hours a week (12 hours a day, 3 shifts a week)

*Duration* - 13 weeks (extension available)



*Requirements:-*
* 2 years experience in the specialty
* BLS and ACLS through AHA and NRP
* NY state License

*Job Overview*

As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to expectant mothers during the childbirth process. Your expertise and compassion will be essential in ensuring the well-being of both mother and baby.



*Responsibilities*
* Assist in the delivery of newborns and provide immediate care to both mother and baby
* Monitor the progress of labor and vital signs of mother and baby
* Administer medications and pain management techniques as needed
* Educate new mothers on postpartum care and breastfeeding techniques
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe delivery process

Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract

Pay: $2,850.00 - $3,150.00 per week
