*Position Overview:*

We are seeking an experienced *RN - Nurse Educator* to join their *Nursing Administration Department*. This role focuses on mentoring, curriculum development, and staff education to enhance nursing practices and patient care.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Mentor and educate current and future nursing students.
* Develop, deliver, and evaluate educational curricula and materials.
* Author and review educational resources, including textbooks.
* Track student progress and provide academic guidance.
* Stay current on clinical practices through research and ongoing education.
* Develop patient care plans and assist with clinical needs.
* Train technical and patient care staff on new technologies and best practices.

*Requirements*
* *Active RN License*
* *Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification*
* *COVID Vaccination Card*
* *Master of Nursing Degree*
* *Experience as an RN Nurse Educator (Required)*
* *Preferred Qualifications:*
* Experience teaching general orientation at the system or facility level
* Experience in academic teaching roles will be prioritized

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per week
