*Position Summary*

The Clinical Administrative Supervisor oversees house-wide patient care operations during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include ensuring quality patient care, allocating staffing resources, and supporting clinical staff while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires advanced clinical skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to collaborative healthcare delivery.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Supervise and allocate staffing resources based on patient acuity requirements.
* Serve as a clinical and operational resource across the hospital, supporting direct and indirect patient care staff.
* Facilitate patient placement from ED and procedural areas to inpatient units, including interfacility transfers.
* Provide leadership during emergencies, including internal/external incidents, and manage morgue operations.
* Assist in direct patient care during staff shortages or surges.
* Promote collaboration among medical staff, administration, and clinical teams.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (JCAHO, DOH, etc.).

*Required Qualifications*
* Active RN license in the State of Washington.
* Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (2 years in ER or Critical Care preferred).
* BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Master’s degree desirable.
* Strong technical skills in EPIC and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Leadership experience in clinical or administrative settings preferred.
