Job Description
*HCA Solutions* is seeking a qualified *Psychologist *to fill a unique opportunity to work with the PA Attorney General's Office.

*This is a full-time, W2 position, offering long-term placement.*

Selected candidate would need to be available across Pennsylvania. Hours would vary depending on an employee's (Agent, Attorney, Investigate Analyst, etc.) work schedule. Employee would schedule to what fits their needs.

Shift would vary M-F based on employee's schedule and the psychologist schedule for annual sessions and up to 3 additional sessions. Days and hours will vary based on when annual check ins occur for the individual or a session is requested.

*Minimum Qualifications:*

• Possession of a current license to practice Psychology as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Psychology

• Minimum of 3 years of psychological evaluations

• Pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

• Basic computer skills to include, but not limited to, Microsoft office products

• Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from a program accredited by the American Psychological Association

• Strong analytical and report-writing skills

• Provider should be located within Pennsylvania

• Documented experience with Law Enforcement or Evaluating Law Enforcement. Psychologist should have a minimum of 5 years law enforcement experience providing psychological services to a law enforcement agency.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

Experience in recognizing and addressing the mental health symptoms associated with law enforcement personnel who investigate and view child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

*Role Description:*

This position is for a Psychologist to provide Annual Check-Ins for those Agents, Attorneys, Intelligence Analysts and support staff working within the Child Predator Section and Computer Forensics Unit, Safe to Say Something and other personnel as needed.

*Duties:*

• This is practitioner level professional works in the field of psychology

• Psychologist performs independent and specialized work in clinical, vocational, rehabilitation, or counseling areas for the Office of Attorney General.

• Evaluations for Annual Check In evaluations may be requested on individuals by the OAG

• Work includes, but is not limited to: annual counseling sessions through appropriate methods, provide individual guidance and or exercises if needed.

• Each individual will be evaluated to determine suitability, recommendation, progress and the formulation of individual prognosis and recommend on going therapy (if necessary) will be provided to the OAG.

• Psychologist work performance may be reviewed throughout the length of the contract.

• Vendor will provide Annual Check-Ins for those Agents, Attorneys, Intelligence Analysts and any additional support staff working within the OAG.

• Vendor will bill for Annual Check-Ins using the names of personnel seen during the billing cycle.

• Individuals seen during an Annual-Check-In will be assigned a number at random by the provider (i.e Person 7). If the vendor feels that someone requires or requests a follow-up session based on that individual’s Annual Check-In, the provider will identify those persons seen using the number assigned to that particular individual when billing. Individuals are allowed up to three (3) follow-up (3) sessions/visits.

• The vendor is required to notify the Director of Human Resources and Office Services if any one individual requires more than three (3) additional follow-ups or refers the employee to another provider for additional follow-ups.

• In the instance where the vendor feels that an employee of the OAG seen by the provider is in an imminent danger to himself or herself or someone else, the provider will immediately take whatever steps required to preserve the lives of those threatened. This may involve notifying local law enforcement or other first responders. Efforts will be made to notify the Director of Human Resources and Office Services as soon as possible after dealing with the imminent danger.

• Provider should have the ability to conduct videoconferencing, if requested by the OAG.

*General Functions:*

• Maintain ethical commitment to ensure confidentiality and abide by HIPAA.

• Annual Reports shall be maintained to monitor individuals for Annual Check-ins and ensure they do not exceed the maximum authorized sessions.
