We are looking for a Full Time Patient Contact Center Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to break into the Healthcare industry and learn about insurances!

Job Duties Include:

Greeting patients as the first point of contact with GSOS
Making a high volume of outbound calls to patients regarding inquiries or appointments
Enter, review, and update patient demographics and insurance information as provided
Taking and distributing grammatically correct, accurate, and legible messages
Counseling patients regarding appropriate and necessary information to bring to appointment (e.g. referral or x-ray) or directions to clinic
Additional duties as assigned

Pay Range:

Starting at $21.00 per Hour
