Ghost RX is hiring caring and qualified *LPN's* for coverage at the *Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center*. *Any state license is accepted.*

*Veterans Affairs Location:* Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center

*Contract Length:* 6 months with possible extension

*Shifts:* 8 hour & 10 hour shifts available

*Setting:*
* Long Term Care, Mental Health, Med/Surg
* Primary Care/Specialty Clinics setting.

*Requirements:*
* 2years Experience
* BLS- American Heart
* Active License (any state)

*Duties:*
* Contractor nurses may be utilized as needed in the Acute Care Medical/Surgical areas, in ambulatory/outpatient care clinics, and outpatient lab.
* Knowledge and skill sufficient to prepare, administer, and appropriately document actions taken specific to commonly prescribed oral, topical, subcutaneous, intramuscular, and/or intravenous medications as permitted by approved local facility policies and procedures. Observation and documentation will include patient's response to medication administered and the reporting of any noted change in patient's condition to RN or MD/DO.
* May be required to work with COVID 19 unit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
