Gus Anastopoulo Law Firm, a boutique personal injury law firm in North Charleston, SC, is seeking an Executive Office Manager to oversee and manage the critical operations of our growing firm.
This critical role is essential for ensuring smooth operations while upholding the firm's commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities: Operations Management
- Strategically oversee business operations, including firm facilities, vendor relations, insurance, human resources, technology, and marketing.
- Align operational goals with the firm's objectives to support growth and efficiency.
Facilities Management
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and adequately supplied, fostering a professional and functional work environment.
Support Management
- Manage support services for attorneys, including mail distribution, CLE registration, travel arrangements, and event planning. Manage and serve as the primary point of contact for all support staff.
Contractor Management
- Serve as the primary liaison with third party contractors and managing agreements.
Insurance Management
- Research, shop for, and renew firm insurance policies, including health insurance, business liability, professional liability, ELPI, and workers' compensation.
Human Resources Administration
- Oversee onboarding for new employees, ensuring completion of checklists, signed forms, payroll setup, and benefits administration.
- Manage login and credential provisioning for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in the firm's BambooHR system.
Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with the Managing Partner and third-party marketing companies to review and strengthen marketing efforts.
Qualifications: - Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strategic thinking capabilities , with a proven ability to align operational goals with overarching business objectives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills , with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Experience with HR systems, payroll platforms, and vendor management.
- Ability to identify challenges proactively and implement innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with legal industry operations is a plus but not required.
