We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-6 years of substantive real estate transactional experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers exposure to a wide array of commercial real estate matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate complex documents related to commercial leasing (both landlord and tenant representation).
• Handle transactions involving the acquisition and disposition of properties.
• Oversee financing and loan transactions for lenders and borrowers.
• Coordinate due diligence reviews, including title and survey analysis, and manage closings.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the DC Bar or qualified to waive into the DC Bar.
• 2-6 years of substantive experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
