We are seeking a Digital Project Manager with 8-10+ years of project management experience to lead cross-functional initiatives in a hybrid Waterfall/Agile environment. This role focuses on managing complex digital projects, collaborating across teams, and driving customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and Execute Projects:
- Develop project plans, roadmaps, and objectives to guide teams effectively.
2. Coordinate Across Teams:
- Work with marketing, eCommerce, UX/UI, content, and technical teams to align on goals and priorities.
3. Monitor and Mitigate Risks:
- Track milestones, report on project health, and address risks proactively.
4. Lead Customer-Centric Campaigns:
- Drive initiatives that improve demand generation, customer journeys, and loyalty programs.
5. Optimize Digital Platforms:
- Ensure websites and eCommerce platforms are updated, optimized, and aligned with business initiatives.

Requirements:
